What you’ll be doing…
The Manager, Academic Process and Delivery is responsible to lead, manage and execute the processes that support the delivery of the College’s annual program offerings. Aligned with the goals of the Strategic Plan, the Manager will develop and communicate policy and procedures to support operationalizing the program mix and will coordinate all activities that support the publication of our program offerings (PeopleSoft, Web, Program Plan Offerings etc…)

Minimum qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with experience in process design and management.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Certification or Kaizen would be an asset
Minimum experience:
Minimum 5-7 years related experience with project management and managing teams
Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage projects and project teams
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and establish key working relationships across all stakeholder groups
Excellent planning skills and demonstrated expertise in innovative problem solving and strategic thinking
Minimum skills and ability:
Demonstrated passion for learning; embraces challenges as opportunities for learning and continuous improvement
Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment
Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal skills with demonstrated record of dealing with sensitive issues in an innovative, professional way
Must possess knowledge, interest and strong desire to keep current with pertinent policies, standard practices, laws and regulations and proposed changes and the ability to apply them consistently
Ability to review and implement systems and process improvements through the lens of continuous improvement
Ability to direct, influence and manage several functions simultaneously with a demonstrated practice of promoting collaboration and collegiality
