Our client is currently seeking an entry level HR Assistant to work on a temporary part time basis at their head office in Halifax, NS! This is a fast paced, team based role especially suited to those looking to thrive in an entrepreneurial, team focused culture.
What you’ll do:
reconciliation of HR employee files
manage the flow of HR Generalist document requests as indicated using templates provided (ie. job postings, job descriptions, job offers, letter requests, performance management documentation)
preparation of various presentations
other duties as required
What you’ll need:
post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources
proficient use of Microsoft Office will be required
excellent organizational skills and communication skills
