Our client is currently seeking an entry level HR Assistant to work on a temporary part time basis at their head office in Halifax, NS! This is a fast paced, team based role especially suited to those looking to thrive in an entrepreneurial, team focused culture.

What you’ll do:

  • reconciliation of HR employee files

  • manage the flow of HR Generalist document requests as indicated using templates provided (ie. job postings, job descriptions, job offers, letter requests, performance management documentation)

  • preparation of various presentations

  • other duties as required

What you’ll need:

  • post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources

  • proficient use of Microsoft Office will be required

  • excellent organizational skills and communication skills
