What you’ll be doing…
Working in a team environment, you will provide a full range of administrative duties in the Student Services department, with an emphasis on providing superior data management skills using NSCC’s PeopleSoft Student Administration System. You will work closely with the registration and enrolment advisors to ensure accurate and current data entry; run reports and queries and prepare spreadsheets for review; track and report on attrition trends; maintain a current training and procedural Peoplesoft manual; and provide timely customer service to all clients, including but not limited to students, staff and the public. Along with the other administrative assistants, you will maintain the daily administrative functions that support Student Services.

You possess a certificate or a diploma in business or office administration.
You have a minimum of two years of recent occupational experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, service-oriented environment, preferably in a post-secondary environment.
You are known for your superb communication, information management and client service skills.
You are highly proficient working within a Student Administration database, along with expertise in the Microsoft Office Professional Suite and Outlook.
Experience working with Peoplesoft will be considered an asset
