Northern Business Intelligence, a division of Kerr Group is focused on providing leading business intelligence and operational efficiency tools to the Canadian market. Based out of Head Office, the exciting role of Client Solutions Specialist will be integral to the continued growth of the company. Reporting to the Client Solutions Manager the Client Solutions Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide technical support and training to our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues;
Provide instruction on software features;
Providing training and customer support both remotely and in person when required;
Provide internal technical support for the Northern Business Intelligence team;
Assist with customer reports for clients, as needed.
Degree or Diploma in a Technical Major would be considered an asset;
French working fluency in speaking, reading and writing a strong asset
Minimum one-year experience in a technical background (or strong technical aptitude);
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite - especially in Excel;
Excellent customer service skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Prior experience in a help desk environment considered an asset;
Mature written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and organizational skills;
