Payroll Coordinator – Comprehensive Outsourcing – Job ID 91953
Payroll Coordinators in our COS group essentially become the payroll department for customers. People in this role are blended payroll and service professionals with basic understanding of payroll, legislation, and customer service. The goal is to develop and maintain our valued client relationships by coordinating all the moving parts of a customer’s payroll. A successful employee will typically have strong organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to manage a demanding pace, and technical skills particularly in Excel, accounting, or payroll software. Ideally, candidates will come in with relevant education such as a diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll, and some prior client service work experience. We provide training for this role so candidates need not be payroll experts on day one!

In our Small Business Solutions group, The CSR provides accurate, convenient, risk-free payroll services for small businesses with their unique payroll needs. It's all about helping our clients to be more effective employers. You can make it happen by supporting our clients with our products and services. HR/Payroll Customer Service Representative – Job ID 91531
The CSR helps to grow ADP’s customer relationships and loyalty. By creating exceptional service experiences to our Workforce Now clients, you support our service and software and ensure outstanding service and satisfaction. We need dynamic people who excel in comprehensive problem analysis, software support – so, great client service skills and computer/tech savvy. We’re looking for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a basic understanding of payroll processing work flows, as well as completion of the Payroll Fundamentals and Payroll Compliance Legislation courses and sound knowledge of payroll practices. We also look for knowledge of ADP’s Paytech software and exceptional communication skills – you need to be a great speaker, writer, and listener with a polished telephone presence.


Payroll Administrator (Part-Time) – Job ID 91979
Administrators play an important role in performing data-entry for our clients. Of course, you can’t pay employees properly without their data being entered in the system accurately and on-time, so our Administrators are the beginning of the client service chain. If you’re looking for part-time work that pays a good wage, this is a great opportunity for you. In this role, comfort with a windows/office environment is key, as are attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
