Title: Administrative assistant / Scheduler

Job Type: Temporary Fulltime – matt leave position – til August 1st, 2016 approx.

Job Description:

  • work with scheduling software to coordinate staff schedules

  • data entry

  • reception duties

Training & Experience:

  • Must have Administrative assistant diploma

  • Preferred knowledge of SSC program (Staff Scheduling Care) or similar scheduling software

  • Team player with a professional and courteous manner

  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets

  • Previous experience working in the Long Term Care setting an asset.

  • Must be reliable with a good attendance record

  • Clean criminal record required
