What you’ll be doing…

The major responsibilities of this position are to provide student support and coordinate the activities of students from registration to the completion of their course work as well as providing faculty and others in the Online Learning department with support and a variety of reports. Your responsibilities will include answering registration inquiries from potential distance education students, dealing with technical questions, and preparing routine correspondence and information packages. Working with the learning management system and the student information system to enroll students and provide reports is a daily task. You will also maintain files, answer inquiries from a variety of stakeholders.

You have:

Minimum qualifications: • You possess a diploma in business or office administration, preferred undergraduate degree.

Minimum experience: • combined with a minimum of five years of recent occupational experience in an educational environment, • You have experience providing face-to-face and telephone and electronic customer services and tier one technical support. • You are proficient with data entry and the Microsoft Office Suite. • You are also experienced with online learning management systems and student information systems.

Minimum skills and ability: • You have superb interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational and problem solving skills. • As a creative self-starter, you have been recognized for your strong work ethic and your commitment to excellence.
