Rate: $11.00 English only

Description of Role
The Telecommunications Customer Sales Representative is the first point of contact for selling products and services to our customers and responding to billing and general inquiries. The CSR will proudly represent the client brand; will have a strong sales focus; will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience; and will take ownership and resolve customer requests through first call resolution.
The CSR will assist customers by providing high quality customer service using knowledge of products, systems and procedures, to consistently exceed the customer’s expectations. The CSR handles a wide variety of calls, identifies service problems, and initiates appropriate action to resolve any concerns.
Skills
Proven consultative sales skills developed with the use of strong relationship building skills.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to simultaneously use multiple enterprise applications.
Ability to solve problems and customer issues in an efficient manner, using the proper tools and processes.
Influence and negotiation skills fueled by strong confidence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Personalize each call by performing needs analysis and customer assessment. Calls are tailored to each specific customer, and call types will vary based on customer’s current relationship with the client.
Continually maintain program/product knowledge, and educate customers about the client’s product features and benefits.
Meet or exceed specific performance standards.
Utilize quality call handling processes, complete the sales order process with online tools

Background and Experience
Education: Minimum High School Diploma
Proven record of strong attendance and workplace success
Minimum 12 months experience in one of the following:
Call Centre Telesales
Call Centre Customer Service experience
Call Centre Technical Service experience
Customer Service - not call centre
Sales - not call center
