Our Opportunity: You will provide a full range of administrative support services for the Academic Chair for the School of Health and Human Services and Academic Chairs for other Campus Schools. Your responsibilities will also include managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office and supporting the Academic Chairs’ activities. This entails preparing documents, scheduling appointments, assisting in student/faculty/room/lab scheduling and scheduling and coordinating special events, using a variety of software applications.
You have a certificate, diploma in business or office administration.
You have a minimum of two years of recent experience in a demanding office environment or recognized equivalences.
You are known for superb communication, information management and client service skills.
You have a high level of proficiency in the Windows environment, including the full suite of Microsoft Office software products and e-mail systems such as Outlook, and the Internet.
Experience using PeopleSoft would be an asset.

Salary Range: $36,890.35 - $41,275.31 annually
