As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the team’s overall success by: - Providing a high level of professional and personalized customer service that is consistent with our corporate goals. - Creating memorable customer experiences while providing our customers with opportunities to save money.

Education: Minimum requirement for this role is a high school diploma or recognized equivalent
**We are actively recruiting for a training class beginning in April 3, 2017 - Training will take place for up to 8 weeks beginning with the dates of hire listed above.
- The training schedule will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
*Training is mandatory and non-negotiable
• Shifts after the training:
- Work schedules are fixed.
- Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week.
- Where we are an extended hours operation, work schedules may include evenings and weekends
