Northern Business Intelligence, a division of Kerr Group, is focused on providing leading business intelligence and operational efficiency tools to the Canadian market. We have a current opening for a ROI Specialist based out of Dartmouth. The ROI Specialist's primary responsibility is to promote the value of our solutions and partner with our clients to deliver continual improvements in value.

We are NOT a call-centre! We provide a collaborative office environment that allows for autonomy and growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop a solid understanding of our products and provide relevant recommendations on solutions and areas of opportunity for our customers, to enhance value from their investment;

  • Develop a trusted relationship with our customers; gaining a true understanding of their business strategy and acting as their ‘advisor’;

  • Work with and maintain customer records;

  • Work with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving continual improvements;

  • Conduct reports and reviews with clients as needed, to ensure they are aware of their achieved Return on Investment and to determine other areas of opportunity;

  • Provide timely account or issue status reporting both to customers, the rest of the account team and management;

  • Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with the Account Managers to achieve this growth;

  • Ad hoc tasks, projects and assignments as requested by the Client Solutions Manager or VP/GM.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual (French/English) a strong asset;

  • Ability to communicate and present clearly and effectively;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;

  • Excellent time management skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Sound problem-solving abilities;

  • Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Education and Experience:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent, post secondary education considered an asset;

  • 1 year of previous experience in account management, customer support; or technical support,
