IGATE is setting up a new Life Insurance Operations Centre in the Halifax area and we are looking for people who are eager to learn and grow along with us. Job Title: Associates – Operations Bilingual (French and English)

Job location: 120 Eileen Stubbs Avenue, Dartmouth, NS

Job type: Full-time (Permanent) with benefits

Working days – Monday to Friday

To provide a high level of accurate administration and customer service of the various Life Insurance New Business and Client Services processes. Committed to embrace customer service values and goals, deepen client relationships, become innovative, and be accountable for performance metrics. Demonstrate collaborative relationships with all clients and service partners, and a great level of skill and knowledge in the job.

Expectation from Candidates:

· Professional etiquette

· Customer Service experience

· Good MS Office skills

· Sound decision making skills

· Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task

· Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines/ SLA’s

· French and English fluency is mandatory (both spoken and written)
